Your order will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. *We will notify you via e-mail once your order is shipped and send a tracking number. NOTE: Any Express orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the following business day.

Free shipping on all orders over $250 (Domestic and International).
For International Shipments, we use DHL or UPS.

Sales tax (when applicable) will be charged on orders within the state of Minnesota.

Packages are insured up to the point of delivery. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after they have been delivered.

Please double check your purchase and your shipping information. We are unable to change or cancel orders after they have been placed.

We issue a restocking fee for refused packages.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or uncontrollable events.

  • Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays for shipments outside of the U.S. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

Availability of products not guaranteed.

All custom tariffs, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept CODs.

Returns

Only full priced items purchased with a promotion code will be available for store credit. All other discounted/markdown items on our website will be final sale and not available for store credit or exchange.

All items in Archive section are available for online purchase only.

All returns must be received within 10 shipping days (Monday-Saturday) after the order has been received by the customer and 14 days for returns outside of the United States.

Please contact us at customerservice@shopidun.com with your order number and reason for return. Then, via your carrier of choice, please ship your package back to us at:

Note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Exchanges and Returns will be processed within 4 days after we have received the items. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund or exchange has been processed.

We want our customers to love everything they receive from us. Please email customerservice@shopidun.com with any questions.

We cannot accept cancelled orders on final sale items. Once the order is confirmed by Shopify, the order is final.

All purchases must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with tags attached. Bathing suits must include tags and sanitary protectant. Shoes will only be accepted if returned in the original, undamaged shoe box. We do not accept returns on undergarments nor earrings. All Apothecary is final sale, including nail polish, make up, skincare, candles, and fragrance.

We cannot accept solicitation via walk in or phone. Please send inquiries to info@shopidun.com for matters related to buying. Thank you!

Idun is a small business, so unfortunately at this time we do not offer price matching or price adjustments. Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases. Thank you for your understanding.

*We reserve the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

**We will only refund shipping costs when the return is due to an error on Idun’s part or merchandise is damaged.
