How Does It Work?
Simply take our questionnaire and an Idun associate will follow up. Items will then be chosen on your behalf and shipped directly to your home.
How Many Pieces Will I Receive?
Each box will contain 5-10 pieces.
Is It Expensive?
Our concierge service and box are $60. This fee may go toward any purchase you make on items from your box.
How Often Will I Receive My Box?
Once per quarter (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) or you may schedule your BOX IDUN orders on demand.
How Long Does It Take?
We will ship your box within three business days of our personal consultation with you.
How Long Do I Have to Decide?
You will have three business days to touch, feel, and try on the pieces in your box; after that you must return the items you do not wish to purchase.
How Do I Pay For My Items?
You won’t be charged up front. Once you receive your box and notify us via email which items you would like to keep, you will be charged only for those items. The $60 concierge service fee will also go toward any purchase you make on items from your box.
What Happens If I Don’t Like Something?
Simply return it with our pre-paid shipping label.
Do I Pay For Shipping?
No—Idun covers the cost for delivery and return shipping.
