Matte Italian mesh tulle, this fabric is light, airy and breathable with a soft stretch. Double layer mesh for opaque coverage and no cheek elastic. Waist elastic is soft and doesn't cut in.  Wear high or low on the hips.  100% Cotton Liner for breathability.
